Whether short or long-term care is needed, our staff provides quality, individualized care - 24 hours a day. A comprehensive care plan outlines the strategy of care for each resident.
Led by the resident's personal physician, with input from our entire team, an individual care plan addresses the needs and wishes of the resident and their family including everything from medical requirements to personal dietary preferences. The plan ensures residents receive the individual care that they require, while utilizing all of the resources and services that The Waters of Indianapolis has to offer. Each care plan is reviewed on a regular basis and modified to meet each individual's goals.
